The TRISLCO-10240 is a high performance microwave oscillator which provides a low phase noise 10.24 GHz reference signal locked to a built-in high stability 10 MHz OCXO. The oscillator is built around an oven controlled high Q sapphire resonator with an ultra-low phase noise HBT sustaining amplifier. The oscillator provides more than +10 dBm of output power, comes in a rugged and relatively compact form factor and operates over the frequency range of 0…+40°C. It does require a heat sink or an external cooler to achieve and maintain a thermal balance.
